2-Pocket Card

This great card was shown at the Phoenix Regional. I have made a few little additions to it just to personalize it, but the folds are what were shown and it is a fabulous display of designer paper!

2-Pocket Card
· Start with a piece of designer paper 8 1/2 X 11

· Score at standard card size, 4 1/4 X 5 1/2
· Cut to center line on the right, from right edge to middle
· Mark bottom right quarter, 1” from center mark
· Fold tri-angle over to the 1” mark
· Fold top left corner down to the middle score mark. This fold can be in or out depending on what side you want to show.
· After the paper has been folded, cut 1/8” off top and right side.
· Attach the Scallop Edge under the fold on top
· Use 2 brads to adhere side
· Attach the designer pockets to a piece of coordinating card stock, 5 1/2 X 4 1/4
· Stamp flower image from Mixed Bunch using 2 coordinating classic inks and the rock-n-roll technique
· Punch flower out with  Blossom Punch
· Stamp flower center and punch with 3/4” circle, attach to center
· Attach punched flower to front left of card with dimensionals
· Make pocket inserts—front pocket card stock 3 X 4 1/4, white 2 3/4 X 4

Notice on the designer paper templates below that I have marked the "bottom left corner" and that it ends up on the top right. This is useful when using DP that has a corner design on it. See my Poppy Parade and Pool Party Sample. 2

Back pocket card stock 3 1/2 X 5, white 3 1/4 X 4 3/4
· Coordinating Ribbon, 5”
· Decorate pocket inserts as desired.
