Easter - He is Risen

I finally had time to stamp today. This is the first card I've made in about a month. My son's wedding one week ago has kept me so busy. Now that it is over, and successfully so, I'll be back to stampin, crafting, Hostess Club and more. I hope you'll continue to visit here and see what beautiful new projects I come up with.

My new Easter card - Risen - uses several products from the soon to expire Occasions Mini. It features the stamp "Easter Dove",  Labels Collection Framelits and of course Stampin Up' fabulous card stock in Concord Crush, Daffodil Delight, Wisteria Wonder and Whisper White.

Stamping Sponges
Instructions:
·         Stamp “He is Risen” in Versa Mark on Whisper White, punch out with Decorative Label Punch
·         Use Stamping Sponge in Concord Crush ink to color punched label, use tissue, slightly damp, to remove ink from embossed saying.
·         Use Big Shot and Label Collection Framelits to punch out Daffodil Delight and Wisteria Wonder
·         Layer stamped phrased on top of Daffodil Delight on top of Wisteria Wonder, set aside
·         Use Big Shot with Finial Press Embossing Folder and Whisper White card stock cut 5 ¼” X 4
·         Attach embossed white to Concord Crush 5 3/8” X 4 1/8”
·         Cut 2 pieces of Designer Paper 5” X 5/8”, flag bottom
·         Cut Daffodil Delight 5” X 1 ½”
·         Layer Designer Paper side to side on Daffodil Delight
·         Tie small piece of 1/8” Daffodil Delight ribbon in knot and center over Daffodil Delight strip.
·         Attach the entire strip to left side of Embossing Whisper White Card Stock
·         Attach the layered stamped phrase in center of page using Stampin' Dimensionals
·         Attach Rhinestone jewels, one over the ‘”i” in Risen and 3 side by side on lower right
For Inside
·         Stamp phrase from God’s Blessing in Concord Crush Ink onto card
·         Stamp “easter” phrase in Versa Mark and emboss white
·         Use Big Shot and smallest frame from Label Collection Framelits to punch out the phrase
·         Color with stamping sponge and Concord Crush Ink
